Leasing Deal of the Year
Introduced in 2005, this award recognizes the
landlord and broker team for an
extraordinary leasing deal effort. The award will
be presented for a complex and significant transaction completed to
the satisfaction of both tenant and landlord. Points will also be
awarded for creativity and the lease term.

This is a self-nominated award that a landlord and
broker, acting as a team, may enter. Brokers may be from two
different companies, ie: listing and selling. |

The leasing deal must be for commercial space in a BOMA
member building. |
| 3. |
The 'deal' must be for new or expansion space in a given
project. Area relating to renewal space will not be
credited. |
| 4. |
All parties must have signed the lease in
2010. |
