BOMA MEMBERSHIP FEES

Corporate Real Estate Membership
GROUP A - $900.00 plus applicable taxes
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio under 500,000 sq. ft., Government /Public Institutions and Sole Proprietors.
Annual Fee includes one principal and one alternate membership
GROUP B - $1,700.00 plus applicable taxes
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio over 500,000 sq. ft. and up to 1 million sq. ft.
Annual Fee includes one principal and three alternate memberships.
GROUP C - $2,325.00 plus applicable taxes
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio over
1 million sq. ft. and up to 2 million sq. ft.
Annual Fee includes one principal and six alternate memberships.
GROUP D - $2,900.00 plus applicable taxes
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio over
2 million sq. ft.
Annual Fee includes one principal and eight alternate memberships.
Additional memberships are available on request for $300/yr.

1. Annual Fees for first year are pro-rated as follows (please make sure you add HST):

2. All applications are subject to approval by the Board of Directors at their discretion. References may be required.
3. Each completed application must be returned along with full fee payment.
4. Please make cheques payable to BOMA BC.
5. Payment by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX is also accepted (Amex only charges requires an additional fee of 2%)
