Building Operations Team of the Year

This award celebrates the success of the Team that shows a high level of expertise in scheduling preventive maintenance; improving general building operations; and ensuring maximum energy efficiency.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for the Building Operations Team of the Year award:

  • This is a self-nominated award that all operations teams, property management companies, and owners may enter.
  • The team must be in charge of the operation and daily maintenance of the building(s).
  • The company must be a BOMA BC member.
  • A company with more than one building may enter multiple entries but only one team per building is eligible. Each Team must be made up of different people.

How to Enter

Application fee: $200 + GST

Entry deadline: March 2019

Photo/Image Requirements:

  • Three to four colour photos (one group shot of the entire team, along with 'action shots' of the team at work.
  • Company logo
  • Email them to sjones@boma.bc.ca; or use a free image-sharing service (i.e. Dropbox) and email the link to the folder to sjones@boma.bc.ca      

Photo specifications:

  • JPEG files only, saved as highest quality
  • Each photo should be no less than 1mb and no more than 6mb
