Photo/Image Requirements:
Building Award
Please provide the following high-resolution images:
1. One group photo of the building operations team.
2. Two or three photos of the new equipment / system in place at your building.
3. One or two images of the equipment’s / system’s key features (from the manufacturers website or from equipment brochure or manual).
4. Two or three images showcasing energy modeling data or energy savings that your building has derived from the retrofit (images can be screen shots from a tracking platform or from a report prepared by the project consultant or installer).
5. Your company logo.
JPEG or PDF files only. Each image should be no less than 1mb and no more than 8mb. Email to Kiomi at kiomi@boma.bc.ca or upload to a free photo sharing site (i.e. Dropbox) then share the folder’s link with Kiomi.
Company Award
Please provide three to five high resolution photos.
Include one group shot of the project team, and action shots of the team at work or any screen shots from a program dashboard (if applicable), along with a company logo (who the award would go to). JPEG files only.
** By submitting photos you consent to BOMA BC using the photos for various means potentially unrelated to the Awards Program (i.e. in the newsletter, marketing materials, on the website). If you do not give permission, please send an email to BOMA’s Senior Manager, Events & Member Services.**
