What is BOMA BC?

BOMA BC is the Building Owners and Managers Association of British Columbia. Our association has over 300 members that own or manage over 80 million square feet in Vancouver alone, with an estimated value of over $8 billion.

The association was founded in 1911, and is now the largest commercial real estate industry association in British Columbia. We remain proudly affiliated with both BOMA Canada and BOMA International.
