As the commercial real estate industry in BC is facing an acute labour shortage, we are initiating a new BOMA BC Workforce Development Task Force to increase recruitment in the industry. Committee members will develop a strategy to attract, develop, recruit, and retain talent in our industry.

Committee members will provide guidance and insight to develop the strategy and, where necessary, help facilitate the execution of that strategy. The committee will focus on four areas: awareness, education, career development and information dissemination.

Meetings will be quarterly for 1 - 1.15 hours.
