Corporate Real Estate Memberships
are offered based on the total commercial portfolio. They are
divided into the following groups:
$960.00 plus HST
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio
under 500,000 sq. ft., Government /Public Institutions and Sole
Proprietors.
Annual Fee covers the directory listing for one Principal and one
Alternate representative.
$1,800.00 plus HST
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio
over 500,000 sq. ft. and up to 1 million sq. ft.
Annual Fee covers the directory listing for one Principal and three
Alternate representatives.
$2,475.00 plus HST
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio
over 1 million sq. ft. and up to 2 million sq. ft.
Annual Fee covers the directory listing for one Principal and
six Alternate representatives.
$3,100.00 plus HST
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio
over 2 million sq. ft.
Annual Fee covers the directory listing for one Principal and
eight Alternate representatives.
Annual Fees for the first year are prorated as follows (the
amounts include HST):
