Member of The Year Award
Unlike the other award categories, the nominations are made by the staff at BOMA BC. The award recognizes an individual within the membership who has gone above and beyond to consistently help the association. It recognizes an individual who may have demonstrated leadership skills; contributed time and talent in local association activities (i.e. as a participant on a committee); and/or helped advance the industry.
In order to be eligible for the Member of the Year award, applicants must be:
- Working full time in either commercial property management or as a supplier.
- Employed by a company that has a current membership with BOMA BC.
Applicants will be evaluated primarily on recent achievements. A track record over time is also considered.
