Above and Beyond

This award is about providing a service to a customer that was unexpected, extraordinary, surprising, unnecessary, caring, or perhaps even entertaining and outrageous. This performance of service could have come about as a result of a mistake made and then corrected, or it may have been an opportunity to show how far the company would go to exceed a client's expectations.

Customer Service

The purpose of this award is to recognize and promote service excellence in the commercial real estate industry.  

Innovation

This award promotes innovation in the commercial real estate industry - whether it is a uniquely beneficial program, product or service, a better way to solve specific needs, or an ingenious way to keep customers happy.

Application fee: $350

Entry deadline: March 15, 2024

Photo/Image Requirements:

• Three colour photos (one photo of the people involved, and a minimum of two photos of your choice that relate to your entry).
• Company logo.
• Email them to Kiomi Lutz; or use a free image-sharing service (i.e. Dropbox) and email the link to the folder.     

Photo specifications:

• JPEG files only, saved as highest quality
• Each photo should be no less than 1mb and no more than 8mb
  
  * By submitting photos you consent to BOMA BC using the photos for various means potentially unrelated to the Awards Program (i.e. in the newsletter, marketing materials, on the website). If you do not give permission, please send an email to BOMA’s Senior Manager, Events & Member Services.
