Article Submission Guide
Contributing educational articles to BOMA BC’s monthly eNews is a simple yet impactful way to showcase your company’s expertise and build brand recognition with our engaged member base.
Before submitting an educational article to BOMA BC for eNews consideration, please review the following guidelines:
All educational article submissions must:
- Be informationally focused and not directly advertise the authoring member's products or services (BOMA BC offers paid ad spots in eNews for these purposes).
- Fall between 350 to 700 words in length.
- Include one or more high-resolution images/videos to support the article.
- Include your company logo, if not not already provided.
- Be created in Microsoft Word or plain text document. (Minimal design/formatting is required as we format all articles to a standard layout)
- Include company contact info at the end of the article.
Submission deadline:
Educational articles must be submitted to BOMA BC on or before the 1st of the month for consideration. (eNews goes out to members on the second week of each month)

Additional notes:
- All education article contributions are subject to review before publication.
- While BOMA BC attempts to accommodate all submissions, submitting an educational article does not guarantee its inclusion in the following edition of eNews.
