About BOMA BC

BOMA BC is the Building Owners and Managers Association of British Columbia. BOMA represents the commercial real estate industry in BC, valued at more than $350 billion, employing 40,000 British Columbians and contributing $4 billion annually to the provincial economy - more employees than the oil, gas and mineral extraction industries combined. Our industry supports the province’s small businesses and provides community infrastructure that impacts British Columbian’s everyday lives.

Our association has almost 300 member companies, that either own or manage the majority of commercial space throughout BC, or provide services to the industry.
