Building Operations Team
Awarding team excellence in maintenance, operations, and energy efficiency.
EARTH Award
Recognizing environmentally conscious buildings, highlighting a firm’s exceptional standards and professionalism to tenants.
Emerging Leader Award
Honouring an individual 35 or younger for outstanding performance, leadership, and contributions to their organization or the commercial real estate industry.
Health & Safety Award
Awarding organizations that exceed regulatory requirements by embedding health and safety best practices into their culture or by innovating in health and safety implementation.
Leap Forward Award
A recently-created award recognizing landlords and buildings that have undertaken significant energy / GHG reduction strategies within the past 3 years. There is a both a building category and a company category.
Member of The Year Award
This award, nominated by BOMA BC staff, recognizes an individual member who has consistently supported the association through leadership, local activity participation, and contributions to advancing the industry.
PINNACLE Awards
These awards are designed for supplier and business members, but all members are encouraged to enter. Categories include Above & Beyond, Innovation, and Customer Service.
Tenant Improvement
Awarding the top tenant improvement project in a commercial building, considering planning, design quality, cost-effectiveness, creativity, functionality, and tenant/landlord satisfaction.
TOBY Awards
Awards honor excellence in commercial real estate management, recognizing properties that excel in building management, sustainability, tenant relations, and operational quality. Local winners may compete nationally, showcasing the highest industry standards.
