Women of BOMA
This networking group is for industry professionals who identify as women, non-binary or gender diverse, as well as allies who support gender equality. The group's intention is to foster connection, collaboration, and advancement for women and gender-diverse professionals within commercial real estate.
Events
Our goal is to host at least two events each year that are led by and centered around women and gender-diverse professionals, combining both educational and social elements. We recognize that women and gender-diverse professionals may experience and navigate business environments differently, and we aim to create a safe, welcoming, and empowering space for women, non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals in commercial real estate, along with allies who champion equity in the industry.
Upcoming events are listed in the Events Calendar. Past events have included a half day health forum, an educational session on improving management skills and a social mixer with CREW Vancouver.
Who Can Join the Women of BOMA?
The Women of BOMA group is free to join for anyone who works in the commercial property management industry, and BOMA Business Members. Membership is required to participate in events for vendors and contractors.
How To Join Women of BOMA
If you work in the commercial property management industry, all you need is a free account with BOMA. If you don't have an account: Go to the Member Login page, press 'Select or Activate an Account'. Once you are in the system, log back in, click on 'My Account', select the 'Email Subscription Management' tab, and under check the button for 'Women of BOMA'.
