2027 Foundations of Real Estate Management®

In partnership with BOMA International, BOMA BC is pleased to offer the Foundations of Real Estate Management® course.  

This 6-day (30 hour) course is designed for junior and assistant property managers, the program covers building systems, operations, accounting and financial reporting, contract management, and administrative best practices. It reinforces on-the-job training, fills skill gaps, and keeps learners up to date with the latest real estate management practices. This course is also an excellent refresher for experienced property managers, offering practical updates in operations, finance, and building systems to help professionals advance their careers in commercial real estate management.

In addition, participants who complete the Foundations course can pursue their first BOMI certificate with no enrollment fee. For more information on the BOMI certificate programs, view the PDF here.

Participants who miss more than one class will not receive the certificate or qualify for the waived BOMI certificate enrollment fee. 

What is Foundations?

• A 6-day entry-level course covering the fundamentals of CRE administration, management, building systems, accounting and reporting, contract management and more
• Classroom instruction from seasoned professionals, reinforced by behind-the-scenes tours of outstanding buildings

Location: Various Vancouver locations, in conjunction with building tours

Price:
Members: $795 + GST
Non-members: $1,590 + GST

*Student books and lunch included in class fee

Cancellation Policy: Please provide written notice of cancellation until January 07. Tickets are transferable.
