Building Operator

Join a trusted local property management company that has been proudly operating in Vancouver since 1974.  We are a small, dedicated team managing downtown office buildings, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on Building Operator to help keep our properties running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Perform daily mechanical rounds and equipment inspections

Maintain inspection logs and ensure building systems are operating correctly

Respond promptly to tenant service requests

Complete minor repairs (lighting,plumbing, general fixes)

Coordinate with contractors as needed

Carry out routine maintenance, including:

HVAC filter changes

Generator testing

Minor garden upkeep

Winterization tasks

Drain cleaning

Fob programming

Fire Panel operation

Participate in an on call rotation for after hours emergencies

What We Are Looking For:

3-5 years of building operations experience (commercial environment preferred)

Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems

Professional, tenant- focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

What We Offer

$60,000-$75,000 annual salary
