Join Warrington PCI Management as Director, Property Management and lead a high-performing team overseeing a diverse portfolio while driving operational excellence and strong client relationships.

Your New Employer

Warrington PCI Management (“WPM”), is the largest property management company in British Columbia, managing and leasing more than 17 million square feet across office, retail, industrial, and residential assets throughout BC. With more than 30 years in business and a team of over 220 professionals, WPM has built a strong reputation for operational excellence, long-term client relationships, and delivering a high standard of service across a diverse portfolio.

As the business continues to grow, WPM is focused on strengthening its leadership platform, improving internal processes, and continuing to elevate the quality of service delivered to its clients. This opportunity represents far more than a traditional portfolio oversight role. The successful candidate will join a collaborative leadership group with a mandate to help shape the next phase of the department’s evolution — supporting people, improving execution, and helping position WPM as not only the largest property management platform in BC, but the industry leader.

Your New Role

As Director, Property Management, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Property Management and oversee a team of Property Managers and support staff across a diverse portfolio located throughout BC but primarily located throughout the Lower Mainland. The portfolio includes a broad mix of clients ranging from institutional, municipal, and private investors.

This is a highly visible leadership role focused on people management, operational oversight, client relationship management, and platform development. You will work closely with your team to support day-to-day operations, provide mentorship and guidance, assist with escalated tenant or client matters, and ensure a consistently high level of service delivery across the portfolio. While the role is strategic in nature, WPM is looking for a hands-on leader who is willing to stay connected to the assets and step in directly when required.

In addition to overseeing operations, the role will play an important part in strengthening the broader property management platform. This includes improving systems and processes, enhancing collaboration between departments, supporting onboarding initiatives, and helping develop best practices across the business. The Director will also maintain meaningful client-facing responsibilities, helping build trust with ownership groups, support presentations and reporting, and provide thoughtful leadership when issues arise.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, improving operations, mentoring people, and making a visible impact within a growing and entrepreneurial environment.

What Sets You Apart

You are an experienced commercial property management leader who brings a strong balance of operational expertise, leadership capability, and relationship management skills. You have experience overseeing teams and understand how to support, mentor, and elevate Property Managers while maintaining accountability and a strong service culture.

You are collaborative, calm under pressure, and highly communicative, with the ability to build credibility across clients, tenants, ownership groups, and internal teams. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and helping create alignment across departments. Beyond technical capability, you are someone who leads with maturity, practicality, and a hands-on approach.

The ideal candidate will bring several years of commercial property management experience across office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use assets, combined with previous people leadership experience. Strong financial and operational acumen, client-facing confidence, and a genuine interest in developing people and improving platforms will all be important to success in the role. A valid BC Rental Management Licence is required, or the ability to obtain one quickly.

What You Can Expect

This is an opportunity to join one of British Columbia’s most established property management platforms in a meaningful leadership capacity where you will have the ability to influence both people and operations. The role offers a high level of visibility within the organization, exposure to a diverse client base, and the opportunity to help shape the future direction of a growing department.

You can expect a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships. WPM offers a competitive compensation package, strong organizational support, and a culture that values accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $150,000 - 180,000
