Property Manager, Residential

Peterson is seeking a licensed Property Manager to join our Residential property management and asset management team. In this hands-on role, you will take direct ownership of the day-to-day performance of a residential rental portfolio, with a focus on operational efficiency, tenant service, financial performance, and capital projects. You will be expected to manage the work directly, including operating costs, service contracts, leasing and marketing efforts, rent collection, budgets, reporting, and property-specific initiatives, while working closely with tenants, owners, investors, site teams, and external partners. This position is ideal for a licensed Rental Property Manager with strong knowledge of residential tenancy requirements, financial acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range: $81,000 to $96,000 per annum (based on experience).
