Experience one of BOMA BC's most memorable networking events. Due to the great success of last year, we’re returning with another Overnight BOMA Ski Trip!

The Full Ski/Snowboard Package includes:

Roundtrip transportation on a coach from either the Hyatt downtown or near Park Royal (departing Thursday, returning Friday);
Morning coffee and snack on the coach;
Lift ticket;
Lunch voucher;
Family style dinner feast at Caramba and;
Friday morning Brunch Buffet.

A)  Full Package (as described above) $315 for members; $350 for non-members
B)  Everything But The Lift Ticket (Transportation, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner) $180 for members; $215 for non-members 
C)  Dinner Only (for members only, due to limited seating) $80 + GST (includes gratuity)

Hotel Rooms: A limited number of suites are available at BOMA's discounted rate of $399/night. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis and event attendees are given priority on room reservations. Please use this link to secure your room once your registration is complete or call 1.800.268.1133. Deadline to book rooms is Thursday February 6, 2025.

Schedule:
Thursday March 6th:
7:15 AM - Pick up at The Hyatt (655 Burrard St., on Melville St.)
7:30 AM - Leave The Hyatt
8:00 AM - Pick up at Park Royal Shopping Centre, West Vancouver (at South East corner of Taylor Way & Marine Dr. - half a block before Marine)
10:30 AM - Arrive in Whistler
Lunch - Flexible $20 gift card
Apres Drinks - The Longhorn
6:00 PM - Dinner at Caramba Restaurant

Friday March 7th:
10:30 AM - Brunch at Delta Hotel Village Suites
12:30 PM - Depart Whistler

Event Registration Payments and Cancellation: 
To receive a refund of your event registration, please provide email notice by end of day on February 13th. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

Hotel Payment and Cancellation:
A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation. Full pre-payment is processed 30 days prior to arrival and is non refundable. Cancellations or modifications are only accepted until 30 days prior to arrival.
