Experience one of BOMA BC’s most iconic networking experiences—the legendary annual BOMA Ski Trip!
Full Package includes:
- Roundtrip transportation on a coach from either the Hyatt downtown or near Park Royal (departing Thursday, returning Friday);
- Morning coffee and snack on the coach;
- Lift ticket;
- Lunch voucher;
- Family style dinner feast at Caramba and;
- Friday morning Brunch Buffet.
A) Full Package (as described above) $375 for members; $415 for guests of members
B) Everything But The Lift Ticket (Transportation, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner) $195 for members; $230 for guests of members
C) Dinner Only (for members only) $85 + GST (includes gratuity)
*Guest of Member tickets are exclusively for BOMA BC members to purchase for their guests who are not BOMA BC members.
Hotel Rooms: A limited number of suites are available at BOMA's discounted rate of $399/night. Suites are available on a first come, first serve basis and event attendees are given priority on room reservations. Please use this link to secure your room once your registration is complete or call 1.800.268.1133. Deadline to book rooms is Thursday February 5th, 2026.
Not a Skiier? Join for the BOMA Ski Trip Spa Day sponsored by Urban Impact Recycling! Email Kiomi to secure your spot while they're still available! Due to increased interest, massage spots will be determined by a lottery draw. Lunch and amenities passes will be available to those who are not selected in the draw.
*Purchase of an Everything But The Lift Ticket registration is required to participate in the Spa Day option.
Schedule:
Thursday March 5th:
7:15 AM - Pick up at The Hyatt (655 Burrard St., on Melville St.)
7:30 AM - Leave The Hyatt
8:00 AM - Pick up at Park Royal Shopping Centre, West Vancouver (at South East corner of Taylor Way & Marine Dr. - half a block before Marine)
10:30 AM - Arrive in Whistler
Lunch - Flexible $20 gift card
Apres Drinks - The Longhorn
5:30 PM - Dinner at Caramba Restaurant
Friday March 6th:
10:30 AM - Brunch at Delta Hotel Village Suites
12:30 PM - Depart Whistler
Event Registration Payments and Cancellation:
To receive a refund of your event registration, please provide email notice by end of day on February 12th. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
Hotel Payment and Cancellation:
A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation. Full pre-payment is processed 30 days prior to arrival and is non refundable. Cancellations or modifications are only accepted until 30 days prior to arrival.
