BOMA Eras Christmas Luncheon

On December 6th, many will gather in Vancouver to enjoy iconic “Eras,” and at BOMA, that’s a legacy that proudly dates back not just to 1989, but to 1911!

Join us for the BOMA Eras Christmas Luncheon, where we’ll toast to the remarkable journey of our industry, filled with growth, resilience, and milestones that have shaped our commercial real estate community for over a century! Tickets will sell out fast, so you’ll need to act Swift-ly and register soon!

AGENDA:

11:00am to 12:30pm - Reception in the Pacific Ballroom
12:30pm to 2:30pm - Lunch and prizes in the BC Ballroom
2:30pm to 5:00pm - After-party in the Vancouver Island Room

Prepare for an outstanding afternoon at the historic Fairmont Hotel Vancouver Taylor-ed for your enjoyment, featuring:

DRESS CODE: Bejewelled, shiny, or sparkly—let your outfit "make the whole place shimmer" and light up the room!

PRIZE INFO (partial proceeds to charity):

Avoid long lines by purchasing your prize tickets online in advance (online sales close Friday Nov. 22nd). There will be two special draws for all prize tickets purchased in advance online!
Ticket purchases are available on site; both cash and credit card are accepted.

10 tickets for $20.

Pick up pre-purchased prize tickets in the Vancouver Island Room between 11am and 12:30pm.

DONATION REQUEST:
Please bring an unwrapped toy for the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau. LMCB is specifically in need of gifts for pre-teens and teens.

Financial donations in the form of cheques are also accepted and encouraged.  Each donation will receive an entry into a special draw! We will not be accepting food donations this year. 

TICKET PRICE:

$165 + GST for members
$195 + GST for non-members (companies that do not have membership with BOMA)

GROUPS:
Tables of ten (10) may be reserved (it will be assumed that if ten tickets are purchased at once that everyone wants to sit together). For smaller groups that are registering separately but want to sit together, please add your seating request in the 'Notes' section of the registration form and we will do our best to accommodate.

MEAL REQUESTS:
Please include special meal requests in the Notes section under each guest's name.

PARKING:
There is a small lot adjacent to the hotel, and a larger parking lot across the street.

Payments and Cancellation: 
Credit card charges will be processed on November 22nd. To receive a refund, please provide email notice by end of day on November 22nd
