✨On December 5th, Vancouver’s skyline will glow a little brighter as we gather for the BOMA BC Northern Heights Christmas Luncheon.
Inspired by the awe-inspiring Aurora Borealis, our theme celebrates Canada’s brilliance, resilience, and the heights we continue to reach for. Just as the Northern Lights dance across the sky, our industry illuminates the cities we shape, the communities we serve, and the future we build together.
Come shine with us at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, where connection and celebration meet under the sparkle of the season.
Agenda:
11:00am to 12:30pm - Reception in the Pacific Ballroom
12:30pm to 2:30pm - Lunch and prizes in the BC Ballroom
2:30pm to 4:30pm - After-party in the Vancouver Island Room

PRIZE INFO: Partial proceeds going to support the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre
Avoid long lines by purchasing your prize tickets online in advance (online sales close Friday Nov. 28th). There will be two special draws for all prize tickets purchased in advance online!
Ticket purchases are available on site; both cash and credit card are accepted.

Purchase your prize tickets by going back to the Events Calendar and clicking on 'Christmas Luncheon Prize Tickets'.
Pick up pre-purchased prize tickets in the Vancouver Island Room between 11am and 12:30pm.
DONATION REQUEST:
Please bring an unwrapped toy for the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau. LMCB is specifically in need of gifts for pre-teens and teens.

Financial donations in the form of cheques are also accepted and encouraged. Each donation will receive an entry into a special draw! We will not be accepting food donations this year.
TICKET PRICE:
$175 + GST for members
$205 + GST for Guests of Members (Guest of Member tickets are exclusively for BOMA BC members to purchase for their guests who are not BOMA BC members.)
GROUPS:
Tables of ten (10) may be reserved (it will be assumed that if ten tickets are purchased at once that everyone wants to sit together). For smaller groups that are registering separately but want to sit together, please add your seating request in the Seating Request section of the registration form and we will do our best to accommodate.
HOTEL ROOMS: Keep the party going by utilizing this special discounted rate for BOMA BC Members and secure a room at the Hotel Vancouver for the night.
MEAL REQUESTS:
Please include special meal requests in the Dietary Request section under each guest's name.
PARKING:
There is a small lot adjacent to the hotel, and a larger parking lot across the street.
Payments and Cancellation:
Credit card charges will be processed on November 21st. To receive a refund, please provide email notice by end of day on November 20th
