The District of Saanich has launched a new tax incentive program to support electrification retrofits in commercial, rental apartment, and condominium strata buildings.

This webinar, co-hosted by the District of Saanich and BOMA, is for building owners, managers, or strata owners that would like to learn more about Saanich’s Climate Action Tax Exemption (CATE) program, get a refresher on other Provincial incentives that are available through the CleanBC Better Buildings Program, and learn about other retrofit support programs like the Greater Victoria 2030 District that are available through program partners.
