Women of BOMA: Building A Workplace that Works for Women

Location

Description

Supporting women in the workplace isn't just a women's issue - it's a leadership responsibility.

Women make up nearly half of B.C.'s workforce, yet many face significant career challenges during key life stages, including fertility, maternity leave, motherhood, and perimenopause and menopause. How leaders respond during these transitions can make all the difference in employee engagement, retention, and career advancement.

Join us for this practical, interactive workshop designed for leaders of all genders who manage, mentor, or support women in the workplace. Through real-world scenarios and actionable strategies, you'll learn how to navigate sensitive conversations with confidence, reduce stigma, and create a workplace where women feel supported at every stage of their careers.

Whether you're a senior executive, people manager, HR professional, or emerging leader, this session will equip you with practical tools to strengthen your leadership skills, retain valuable talent, and build a more inclusive workplace.

Because when women are supported, everyone benefits.
