As a member of either the Okanagan Chapter or the Victoria Chapter, you will have access to the same range of benefits as those from BOMA BC. Each chapter offers two primary types of membership: Corporate Real Estate Membership and Corporate Business Membership, tailored for the Okanagan and Victoria regions.

A company, government agency, organization, or sole proprietor involved in the ownership, investment, management, leasing, or development of commercial real estate, operating exclusively on Vancouver Island or in the Okanagan region.

A company or organization providing products or services to the commercial real estate industry, with operations based on Vancouver Island or in the Okanagan region.

Pro-Rated Fee Schedule
Annual Fees for the first year are prorated as follows (all amounts are before tax):
