Corporate Real Estate Membership
Corporate Real Estate Memberships are offered based on the total commercial portfolio. They are divided into the following groups:
$1,225.00 (plus tax)
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio under 500,000 sq. ft., Government /Public Institutions and Sole Proprietors.
Annual Fee covers the directory listing for one Principal and one Alternate representative.
$2,315.00 (plus tax)
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio over 500,000 sq. ft. and up to 1 million sq. ft.
Annual Fee covers the directory listing for one Principal and three Alternate representatives.
$3,175.00 (plus tax)
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio over 1 million sq. ft. and up to 2 million sq. ft.
Annual Fee covers the directory listing for one Principal and six Alternate representatives.
$3,975.00 (plus tax)
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio over 2 million sq. ft.
Annual Fee covers the directory listing for one Principal and eight Alternate representatives.
$4,870.00, (plus tax)
For Corporate Real Estate members with total commercial portfolio over 5 million sq. ft.
Annual Fee covers the directory listing for one Principal and ten Alternate representatives.
Annual Fees for the first year are prorated as follows (all amounts are before tax):
